- Items posted once payment is received.
- All items are shipped by Australia Post.
- All items wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed.
- Combined post is offered, but will need to be calculated according to size of package, the weight of glass items and your postcode.
- We endeavour to keep postage and handling costs to a minimum.
- We will post outside Australia, please contact us prior to purchase so postage can be calculated.
Refunds and Returns
- Extreme care is taken in creating the best possible glass creations.
- Our photos form part of the description.
- Please request insurance if required, as we will not be held responsible for the care of the item after it has left our possession.
- We package in bubble wrap and box items.
- We do not replace or give refunds if you have changed your mind about the purchase.
- Goods will be replaced or a refund given if product is found to have a manufacturing fault. Goods to be returned to us in the same packaging as you received them. The customer pays for return postage.
- If not totally satisfied with your purchase please contact Linda and I will do my best to rectify the situation.
- All communications and your personal details are kept private and confidential.
- We do not share your details with any other parties.
